SewEasy Pvt. Ltd., based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, has been helping apparel manufacturers improve productivity, reduce costs and strengthen Industrial Engineering systems since 1996.

The company specialises in practical solutions for Industrial Engineering, Work Study, Lean Manufacturing, Labour Costing, Quality Improvement and Productivity Enhancement. SewEasy serves apparel manufacturers across Asia, Oceania and other emerging manufacturing regions through software solutions, consulting services and training.

Our objective is simple: help garment manufacturers achieve measurable productivity gains, accurate labour costing and sustainable operational improvements through practical and affordable systems.

The Practitioner Behind SewEasy

Keerthi Abeywickrama is the founder and CEO of SewEasy Pvt. Ltd. — a Licensed MTM2 Practitioner and MBA in Operations Management with over 30 years of apparel industry experience. He has personally trained IE professionals across Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Turkey, Ethiopia, and beyond.

Walmart / ASDA George Sourcing — South Asia

The following is adapted from the experience of Mr. Charm Rammandala, Lean Management Expert, who managed Lean programs across South Asia for George Sourcing — the apparel sourcing arm of ASDA UK, a Walmart subsidiary.
